Audience: J, H, P. Using snappy MTV-style edits, camera angles, and effects, the issue oriented In the Mix series, airing on PBS, examines some of the hottest topics affecting teenagers today. This segment deals with the painful subject of dating abuse – when a partner is either physically, emotionally, or verbally assaulted, especially on a regular basis. Hosted by young people, including Neve Campbell from the TV show Party of Five, this video is honest informative, thorough, and best of all, proactive in it’s handling of a sensitive subject. Case studies are presented coherently and clearly through interview with both victims and perpetrators of a variety of ethnicities. Adult domestic abuse counselors, and a district attorney provide practical and legal options for action, and help, while peer groups aid in emotional aspects. Appropriate for a classroom, youth group, or peer counseling program, teens will gain an understanding of the issue and be better equipped to deal with it effectively. Fast pacing, articulate and concise interviews, and creative production design all combine to make this a solid choice. Highly recommended.

This is a very old Neve project, which honestly I never had noticed before, done by In the Mix educators. On the project page you can find some LQ videos, the transcript, and a way of ordering the videotape.

Co-Host Neve Campbell: It’s rarely discussed but it’s happening everywhere. In cities and in small towns, violence and abuse crosses all age, race and economic boundaries. I’m Neve Campbell from the TV show “Party of Five”.
It’s a time that should be sweet and simple, so why has young love for so many turned so ugly? We’ll find some answers to this and other really tough questions.

Earlier this month it was reported that actor Jamie Kennedy, who played the popular character Randy in Wes Craven’s Scream and then met his untimely demise in Scream 2, would be returning to the screen in Scream 4. Kevin Williamson recently chatted with Fearnet about the production, and clearly stated that there is no way Randy would be coming back.

The director also confirmed that Scream 4 will likely turn into a trilogy.

“There’s three. I am contracted for 4, 5 and 6, but the deal for 6 is not done. I mean I pitched three films
. The story is about returning to Woodsboro; and Scream 5 – knock on wood, if we actually get to it, because 4 has to be good in order for us to make a 5 – 5 will be a continuation of 4, but 4 is its own movie. It has a beginning, a middle and its own ending, which will be satisfying hopefully. It has a beginning, middle and end and 5 has a beginning, middle and end; it’s just a continuation of the lives of all the people that live in 4. I can’t start giving 5 away – that gives up too much of 4.”

The amazingly of it it’s MovieWeb pointed Neve as starring in Scream 5. It would be possible?

Scream 4 comes to theaters in April 15, 2011. Scream 5 are under development.

There’s new photoshoots added to our gallery.
The good news? Some pictures belongs to already added photoshoots, but we was missing it. Some are pretty new, and HQ sized.
The bad news? Its tagged. But, it worth the view, she’s drop dead gorgeous in it!

I think set #20, #58 and #59 belongs to the same shoot, but since it was already added in separated albums, I’ll keep it that way. Enjoy the pics!

FemaleFirst: The Co-operative and Dogwoof bring to UK audiences the much anticipated documentary Dirty Oil, from Academy Award®-Winning Director Leslie Iwerks.

Dirty Oil illustrates the devastating impact that Albertan tar sands developments are having on the environment and local First Nation communities.

The film is narrated by Canadian actress and environmentalist Neve Campbell (Scream, Wild Things). Campbell commented “I am excited about working on the documentary “Dirty Oil.” It’s an important film and will be a catalyst for social and environmental change in the same way that Al Gore’s “Inconvenient Truth” was in 2006.”

If you visit the film’s page, you’ll be able to see some videos. They’re also announcing a web serie coming soon.

An article about the growing Michigan film industry in today’s Detroit Free Press confirmed the rumor and provided a few more details about the filming of “Scream 4″ in Michigan.

According to the Freep, which verified the information with Dimension Films, shooting will take place in and around Ann Arbor in June.

Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox and David Arquette are all confirmed to be starring in the fourth installment of the horror series.

Like the three movies before it, “Scream 4″ will be produced by Dimension Films, written by Kevin Williamson and directed by Wes Craven.
When the announcement was made earlier this week that “Scream 4″ was in the works, Craven said he’s looking forward to working with the original cast members, as well as som new young ones.

March 23, Entertainment Weekly: “Working with Courteney, David, and Neve was a blast ten years ago and I’m sure it will be again. Kevin is right on his game with the new script — the characters and story crackle with energy and originality — to say nothing of some of the most hair-raising scares I’ve seen in a script since… well, since the original Scream series. Let me at it.”

“Scream 3″ was released in 2000. “Scream” and “Scream 2″ came out back to back in 1996 and 1997.

That’s the question Devin Faraci at CHUD is asking. Sources tell him Jamie Kennedy may be returning in some capacity to join returning cast members Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox and David Arquette for Scream 4.

But since Randy got sliced and diced in Scream 2, how will Kennedy’s return be possible? Faraci has a few theories.

With the script done, by Kevin Williamson, the latest sequel helmed by Wes Craven is currently location scouting in Michigan. Filming begins this summer. Dimension hopes to have it in theaters on April 15, 2011.
